Found under System on the device's panel list.

Browses the SD card and internal flash, and creates, renames, removes or opens entries.

Button	Action
Up / Down	Move the highlighted entry
Center / Ok	Open the highlighted folder or file; `..` steps up
Page	Jump one screen down; the last page wraps to the top
Left	Step back one folder level
Gray	Rename the highlighted file or folder
Yellow	Remove the highlighted entry after confirmation
Green	Create a file in the current folder
Blue	Create a folder in the current folder
Red	Return directly to the SD-card root

Folders sort before files. Opening a regular file sends it to the Editor. Red resets the browser to the SD root even from a deeply nested folder.
