Command Panel
Panels
Builds a custom screen from LEDs, buttons, text, plots, bargraphs, pictures and meters. The main-menu entry formerly called Command Panel is now Panels.
The current page number appears flush against the upper-right edge as dark-gray text on a black rounded badge. Numbers start at 1.

New Button controls are 100 pixels wide by 30 pixels high. Move and resize use 10-pixel steps and clamp controls to the display.
An empty project shows Load Wili File. Explicit startup selection is stored in
1:/wilifiles/default.wili.txt; without that marker, the first .wili in
1:/wilifiles/default/ remains the compatibility fallback.
